- C. M. Granger describes the anatomy of a straw man.
- The Catechizer recently posted part 5 in a series entitled "Who is Sovereign in Salvation?" (Be sure to check out parts 1, 2, 3, and 4.)
- Ryan on the sufficiency of Christ's sacrifice.
The Seeking DiscipleTheMessianicDrew writes, "If Arminianism is true and our witness does make a difference in the salvation of others, then Arminianism will very likely produce more saved people than Calvinism. Specifically, Arminians tend to be more involved in outreach, and if salvation does depend on human free choice, apologetics that acknowledge this will be more effective." Salvation depends on "human free choice"? Did someone just let the Arminian cat out of the bag?

Except I didn't write that last piece.
Sorry. I made the change. It showed up as "The Seeking Disciple" in my feed. :)
Oh, and happy New Year!
You too brother!
Be careful on holding up Ryan for reading recommendation as he is a hypercalvinist, see here http://unapologetica.blogspot.com/2010/12/common-grace-and-gods-love.html
Alas Ryan, come back to us.
I hate pimping my own sight in comments...but apparently not so much to not do it. I wanted to email you but wasn't sure how to contact you to make you aware of my website. Anyways you may find this interesting:

Thank you Lee for all this! God bless!
Contrary to Phil, I am not a hypercalvinist. He has an exceptionally wide understanding of the word. I am pro-evangelism to all lost individuals.
