This Week in Calvinism - March 19, 2010
- Al Mohler on apostate pastors.
- Is FAITH the new TULIP?
- Mark Driscoll offers three steps to being missional.
- An appreciation of Calvinism from a non-Calvinist.
- David Mathis at DesiringGod.org reminds us, "Don't limit your understanding of God's absolute sovereignty to five points in a mnemonic device (TULIP). Do start there, or at least cover that terrain in due course, but know that there is so much more to the full biblical worldview sometimes called Calvinism."
Firstly, I really enjoy these every week, thanks.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, I find there is no higher praise for Calvin then from Arminius himself. He was a great fan, although obviously disagreed on somethings.
Thanks for linking “Nola’s Devotionals.” I am new to your blog and fairly new to Calvinism. I look forward to learning more from “The Contemporary Calvinist.” Grace and Peace, Nola
ReplyDeleteAlmost forgot to thank you and those like you - who stayed home on election day - for doing your part in giving us Obamacare!
ReplyDeleteThanks buddy!
If Al Mohler is looking for apostate pastors, then he should look in the mirror.
